Lighting the Lamp of Learning in Rural Jharkhand

Where Hope Meets Education

In the quiet heartlands of Jharkhand, where dense forests meet humble villages, education often remains a distant dream. Many tribal children grow up without schools, books, or the opportunity to learn skills that could help them earn a living. That’s where Snehdhara’s new initiative, SnehPathshala, steps in - to make learning accessible, meaningful, and rooted in local culture.

A Step Towards Self-Reliance

Through SnehPathshala, we are distributing raw materials and learning aids to rural schools and establishments, enabling children from nearby villages to learn practical and academic skills. These are not just lessons - they are pathways to self-reliance. Every book, notebook, or educational tool becomes a bridge between curiosity and confidence, giving these children the means to shape their own futures.

New Centres in Garu and Gloria

We are proud to announce the establishment of two new SnehPathshala centres in Garu and Gloria, some of the most interior regions of Jharkhand where entire tribes are on the brink of being forgotten. With almost 300 students at each centre, these spaces will bring structured learning, vocational guidance, and a sense of possibility to children who have long been left behind.

Our efforts go beyond education - we work with respect for local traditions, ensuring that progress never comes at the cost of culture. By blending modern learning with traditional wisdom, SnehPathshala aims to empower without erasing.

Building Brighter Futures, Together

Each child who learns to read, write, and dream becomes a spark of change for their entire community.

You can be a part of this transformation. Support SnehPathshala by Snehdhara - help us keep the lamp of learning burning in every village of Jharkhand. Because education is not just knowledge, it’s the first step toward dignity, opportunity, and hope.
